How long will it take to receive my order?

We make every effort to ship your hat(s) within 24 business hours of the receipt of your order. Some items may take longer. We will contact you by email if your order will be held up.

Most packages are shipped via USPS.  This service will take 7-10 business days to deliver your package. We do offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air Service for an additional fee. Please contact us for additional shipping costs. Shipping fees are assessed depending on the hat (s) ordered and apply to continental USA addresses only. Additional fees may be assessed for shipping into Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. If you have further questions please call us at 1-508-548-1037.

Can I special order hats not shown on your web site?

Yes! Please email us requests for styles that you are looking for and we will send you pricing, a picture if possible, and availability. Some special orders may not be returnable. If this applies to your order we will let you know in advance.

Can I get custom embroidery done through you?
