We will accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery date with the following conditions:
- Please contact us at service@madhattercc.com to arrange the return with us.- Tags must still be on the hat.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded (only if a shipping error on our part will shipping costs be refunded).
- Special orders are not refundable.
